Abstract
The study will assess the prevalence of forward head posture among undergraduate students, with emphasis on the alignment and positioning of the head and neck in relation to the rest of the body. Forward head posture is a postural characteristic in which the head is positioned anteriorly relative to the trunk and may be observed in individuals who spend prolonged periods in seated or screen-based activities. The study will focus on identifying the presence of forward head posture among undergraduate students and determining its prevalence within the selected population. Postural assessment will involve appropriate measurements of head and neck alignment, such as the craniovertebral angle, together with relevant demographic and activity-related information where appropriate.
